At Hope4Ukraine, we are committed to making a difference in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Through our humanitarian aid efforts, we have provided critical support to those affected by the war, including refugees, families, and children who have been displaced from their homes and communities. Here are some examples of the aid we've provided over the last year. Check out our Facebook if you're interested to see more organizations we work with and our impact.
Providing Food Kits
We worked with Zhytomyr Children's Public Organization "We Do Everything Ourselves" to provide food kits for over 40 families. With the helpful donations of the community, we were able to donate $500 worth of these kits to families in need.
Aid in Kharkiv
Over the holiday season, we were able to raise $2982 through holiday markets. The profit went to purchase the basic necessities for the people in the Kharkiv Region of Ukraine.
Elderly Care Center in Sumy
As a result of our efforts, 87 customers of the elderly center Berehynya got adult diapers, while the residents received a heating diesel generator to keep them warm during regular power outages.
Lab Equipment to Izyum
We collaborated with a lab equipment factory in Kharkiv (still in operation despite the shellings and bombing) and then used $18,230 from past festivals to purchase and delivered the requested equipment to Izyum.
